20 foot toy hauler

What your looking at here is a custom built Toy hauler . We started with a 2002 pace American 20 foot enclosed trailer and built this for camping and hauling your toys . Dual 3500lb dextor axles with brakes. Garage space is about 13' to the first cabinet . Will fit a RZR41000 easy. Can sleep 4 and has a wet bath with shower toilet combo . This also was built with ALL brand new supplies . New gas / electric water heater , New Roof top AC with heat strip. Custom fold down bed/ couches . Mini fridge with separate freezer. Out side storage for hoses and cleaning supplies for the black and gray holding tanks . 30 service box 110V with 12V convertor and plumbed for full hook up camping . There is space and would be easy to set up for off grid camping if that's the style you want.
